1. Responsible for the development of new products and modified products according to the requirements of customers and the company

2. Identify and review requirements from regulations, customers, standards and industry norms, and organize the establishment of enterprise-level design specifications and technical specifications

3. Cooperate with marketing engineers, participate in the research of newly developed target models, target markets and target application scenarios, and  developing overall seating solutions accordingly.

4. Maintain regular and friendly communication with the customer unit in charge, and participate in regular customer visits.

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical engineering,

2. 3 years of relevant work experience, skilled in using of 3D design software,

3. Familiar with product development process, understand industry standards,

4. Able to work independently with customers and suppliers,

5. Experiece of auto parts industry is preferred,

6. Good communication skills, and can work under pressure.
